We're excited about getting your order to you! We ship to most countries worldwide and provide free standard shipping on orders of $100+ (After All Discounts Applied).

Order Status

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status. 

NOTE: 

If you fail to see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! Occasionally, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our departure to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.

It's not recommended to choose express shipping for pre-order.

Normally, after the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-5 business days to process your order (except for pre-sale items). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping time below does not include such processing time.

Kindly note that processing and shipping time may be impacted at year end due to high volume and extreme weather conditions.

EXCEPTIONS

Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses in Europe and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries) because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package.

CUSTOMS DUTIES 

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. 


ORDER ADDRESS ERROR

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

RETURN POLICY

30 Days Return Guarantee

We gladly accept the return/exchange within 30 days of receipt if you are not quite pleased with the items you received. However, please make sure items in new condition. And inimate products like swimwear is not returnable.
Simply drop us an email or note before return/exchange, we will try our best to meet your request.
Please note overdue requests may not be accepted.

 

What’s Gzaza’s Return/Exchange Policy?

  1. Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal. Swimwear, underwear and other private products are not retunrnable.
  2. Gzaza is not liable for problems under the following: Wrong size or color picked; Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item. Return shipping fees and the shipping fees from Gzaza to customer are at customer's own expense.
  3. We are liable for problems under the following: Wrong size and color shipped; Worn or majoy color difference. 
  4. We do not accept returned package without notifying us upfront.
  5. We do not accept packages returned using COD service.
  6. Don't return the package to the shipping address on shipping label,  we cannot receive the package. If so, we cann't make any refund.

  4. Please send us tracking info after you return, which is quite important. Without return info, there will be no refund.
  5. Refund will be released within 5 working days after we received the package.
